Event Reservation

A signed proposal outlining rental items, location, date/time, payment agreement and cancellation fees will serve as the basis for the reservation. Rentals are fully refundable up to 2 weeks before your event. Cancellations with less than 2 weeks notice but more than 48 hour noticed will be assessed a $100 cancellation fee. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours noticed will be charged 50% of the total rental cost. Additional fees may be assessed for locations greater than 30 miles of zip code 19804. 

Rental Period

The standard rental period is anytime between 9:00AM and 11:00PM of the same day. The rental time requested will be stated at the time of booking, all adjustments to the agreed upon rental period must be agreed upon by both parties and specified in the rental information document. 

Inclement Weather

We understand that weather can not be predicted or planned for in advance. If your event is rescheduled to a "rain date" we will do our best to accommodate your new date with no additional charge. In the event of inclement weather, including but not limited to excessive wind speeds or rain, prior to the start of an event the renter will be provided a full refund of the rental price.

Rental Equipment Unavailable due to Damage or Theft

Every attempt will be made to repair, replace, or adjust all equipment prior to a reserved event, should it be stolen or completely destroyed by the previous renter. However, should any equipment be unavailable to rent due to damage or theft, an available alternate rental will be offered, or a refund will be given for the equipment that is unable to be rented.

Photo Consent

The renter hereby grants Twilight Escapes the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, publish, display, and distribute photographs, images, and videos taken of the renter and their guests during their event for any lawful purpose, including, but not limited to, marketing, advertising, website, and social media promotion, without further compensation or permission. The renter releases Twilight Escapes from any claims or liability arising from such use. This consent is truly voluntary and can be revoked by the renter in writing at any time.

Limit of Liability

Twilight Escapes and all representatives are only financially responsible and liable for up to but not to exceed the payments and security deposit received by the renter. The renter acknowledges that they are solely responsible for assuring that their guests are partaking in the foam experience in a safe and civil manner. Twilight Escapes is not liable for any personal injury or property damage to customer, and/or any individuals that utilize the equipment while under customer’s possession. Further, Twilight Escapes is not liable for any personal injury or property damage if the Equipment is improperly used, the Equipment malfunctions in any way, or for any other reason whatsoever related to the Customer and others’ use of the Equipment.
